Happenings at St. Paul's:

Calling All Superheros:

While we still can’t yet meet in person, we are having a SUPER year in Sunday School!

Did you know there are a lot of Superheroes in the Bible! From beginning to end, the Bible is filled with incredible stories of heroes whose willing hearts and faith in God allowed them to be used by God to save the day. We can have these powers too when we put our faith and trust in God!

In December, we worked our way around the Advent Wreath as we learned about hope, peace, joy and love. We ended our Christmas rotation with a celebration of the birth of our Savior, Jesus! In January, we continued our lessons on Jesus as we learned about His baptism and the many names and titles of Jesus that are found in our Bible.

We hope you’ll join us in February as we engage in the stories of the calling of the 12 Disciples. To receive the weekly Zoom link and materials, please contact Mindy at mindy.does@yahoo.com.

Invite a friend and ZOOM in for a SUPER great time!

THANK YOU!!

Stewardship & Mission:

THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENEROSITY!

Thank you to everyone who participated in making this year’s Angel Tree gift drive a success. As usual your generosity was evident, and we were able to provide presents for seventeen children. It is my sincerest hope that our outreach will extend beyond the Angel Tree in 2021 and include one or two area agencies as it had in previous years.

Outreach Ministry:

THANK YOU!!

Our Outreach Ministry Programs continue to make a tremendous impact on those in need. Thank you for your continued donations and support!

We have recently been blessed by several generous donations including an extremely gracious donation from the Catasauqua Thrift Store. These donations together amount to over 190 bags and boxes of clothing and other items that will be used to make a BIG difference to hundreds of people throughout the Lehigh Valley and beyond! People who are very thankful to receive some warmth in these long, cold winter days and nights.

We continue to accept donations of men’s, women’s and children’s gently used clothing, new socks and underwear, backpacks and purses, as well as children’s toys, books, and baby items. These items continue to be greatly needed and appreciated!
Remember that your unwanted items could become a blessing to others in need!
